However, we also recognize that there may be instances where you may need to return or seek a refund for your purchase.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or have received a product that does not meet your expectations, we are here to assist you. 
We accept returns within 14 days of the original purchase date. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to us via email at go@getspacefood.com or through our through the Help page, providing your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team support team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Package Your Items: Ensure that the item is in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. Include the RAN number on the package for identification purposes.
  4. Ship the Items: Send the package to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and documented delivery.
  5. Processing: Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, we will process your refund or offer a replacement as per your preference.

Refunds

If a refund is approved for your returned item, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable

  • Perishable goods: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened or consumed items.
  • Gift cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us asap. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed, and there will be no need to return the damaged item.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. If your order has already been shipped, you can follow our return process as outlined above.
